my build is

doran ring
philo(early game) shurelias (late game)
mercs or ionian
Guinsoo rageblade
malady or nashor (depends on what boots i have, mercs/nashor, ionian/malady)
Gunblade
and survivability.

If Riot is not going to buff the heal atleast buff the time of the MS,
