Just curious.
If you go to your summoner profile and into your spells page and select Rally, the only game mode it lists is Classic.

So is Rally not joining Dominion?

It's not...weird. I figure this would be the perfect time to use it and could actually be useful.

Yeah I was thinking the same. Maybe it's OP for Dominion and UP for Classic. :P

I've never even used Rally, they should make it better.

Rally is indeed not going to be in Dominion. They have two new(ish) spells however in replacement of Teleport and Fortify; Promote and Garrison.

Makes me think Rally will never see love again.

Maybe give Rally a little buff for Dominion? Give it a small decrease of the time it takes to capture a point?

Kind of too late for that now if Dominion is speculated to be released this Tuesday/Wednesday.
