Well thanks again for all the hard work!

And there are a few differences between my thread and golin's. Mine is one that contains the information where as golin's contains the links to ones that contain the info.

His is a great thread too!

Some like Pulse Fire Ezreal are being improved to meet a higher standard. The others' reasons haven't been announced to my knowledge but past skins have been unreleased because
a) they weren't ready yet (likely a last minute bug or change delayed them)
b) they were for an upcoming promotion
c) the skins were going to be released in a few days to stagger the release times.

Polymorphed Screenshots now included. Lulu is a pain to take screenshots of, probably up there with Teemo for most uncooperative.

how do i get the Legacy Skins?,, they aren't available to me in store.

also fyi nunu bot skin pic preview isn't workin atm

nvm on legacy skins, i found the info ,, kind of a bummer that there are skins that are unavailable for purchase...
