[Game Client] Kayles heal doesnt heal others.

Kayles heal, Divine Blessing, only heals health when its cast on herself. When you cast it on others it just gives the MS buff without restoring any health.

Seen this as well, heals self, not others. Sometimes the buff didnt seem to appear on others either, but that could just be the buffbar misbehaving again.

As above, was about to post this after playing Kayle. Worked fine to heal myself, could not heal others.
