hi, whats the best solo top (bruiser type) champion thats best for generally carrying you team to win games??

until now, i mained jarvan solo top but he seems to have his limits in influencing his team. Whats a good bruiser that can carry his/her team after farming at solo top?

Jax is pretty decent as are champs like Cho.
