League will always be balanced around Summoner's Rift (if you consider that balanced....)
With a new champ every 2 weeks, it's not going to get better.
Dominion is just a baby. On top of that, it has no ranked gameplay planned in the near future, so just enjoy it for what it is and stop stressing out.
All your threads are doing is giving them reason to hesitate on when to release it officially.
