Don't start with a Doran's item, noob. Why on earth would you start with a Doran's item unless you're playing a champ that has some sustainability. If you get harassed with a Doran's, you either tower hug and let the enemy free farm, or you recall and let the enemy free farm.

What ELO are you at where you having a laning Fiddlesticks anyway?
