Criteria by which I rated champs;
T1-- If they have one of these champs you have high potential to have a real problem.
T2-- Great champs, no doubt, can easily carry
T3-- Can be good, really depends on player, but about average for the most part.
T4-- Just not that great in dom, In the hands of a good player they can pull their weight, but thats it.
T5-- Just plain weak in dom.

this list is outdated, Graves is clearly tier 1. his smoke bomb gets to be more fully utilized as people are more crowded, which is also why his ult is so amazing their, he can also push back a minion wave with buck shot instantly. Did I mention he is the best ranged ad carry in the game currently?

nidalee should be tier 1...

if you go into a damage calculation after a game and you are actually good at nidalee your total damage dealt should be at least double that of anybody else.
