Currently, Eye of the Storm doesn't work with Dominion nodes / turrets.

Intended? not sure. Would Janna become OP if it works ? who knows,

If the capturing time is dependant on the "HP" of the tower, then yea, it'll become OP for AP janna.

But just to deal more dmg while kiting, I don't think that would make it OP.

I think that they should definitely fix it so she can use her shield on the turrets, but I think the main problem is they may not know how to make the Shield part interact with the towers health.

I think only the damage component should be carried over.
