It's a skill shot. I haven't noticed that bad a delay, it shoots a lot like Ashe's arrow but with a limited range.

i've noticed that it can hit SLIGHTLY past the circle of range indication. also the graphic itself usually goes past the object it hit.

It's a million times better than it used to be... but yeah, it still needs work. Sometimes it doesn't seem to fire and sometimes it fires an invisible cleaver.

Agreed, remove the cast time completely, just make the animation play super fast.

yeah improving the throwing speed will compensate it's low dmg and the fact that is almost useless against non-tanks,someone throw a keyboard to Guinsoo () and see how fast it's flying,and do something similar to mundo's cleaver
