Yeah so I thought the score system was bit whack to begin with but then I noticed that the higher my score was the more IP, and that is not cool because If I spend my whole time defending a point against people I get less IP than the idiot who caps and leaves...
Not that this happens too much as I somehow do extremely well with the score system anyway but yeah I disapprove...

Higher score usually means more time played means more IP.

No I've had longer games where I've had less score then other games but still I think the score system is messed up.

It doesn't seem to have an impact. Here you'll see that I had a game with 884 score and 53 ip, and at the top I had a game with 1217 score and 55 ip.

Another game, even more ip (63), only 1046 score.

The amount of IP you gain is based on time played and whether you win or lose.
You will also generally score higher in longer matches as you have more time to score kills, captures, etc.
So higher scores correlate with higher IP gains, but they are not the cause of higher IP gains.

Agree with the ip comment lol. But you can check my match history. Maybe just a weird coincidence but it works for all but my WotD.

Btw, you only see ip gain per game in your own match history.
