Since I'm a bit of a completionist, I've been spending all my IP on getting all the champions. That leaves my pathetic runebook with Tier 1 runes

Now, I play all roles.. I'm good at tanking, carrying and casting. So the question is.. what runes benefit -ALL- roles? Straight HP?

Red: Magic/Armor Penetration
Yellow; Dodge/Flat HP.
Blue: Flat Cooldown/ Scaling Mana Regeneration
Quint: Flat HP.
