Honestly, get yourself some sort of schedule to keep yourself busy. Downtime = time your mind wanders and you start to feel lonely. The more structured time you have, the better. You'll get over it, but it will take time. Best of luck to ya.

All night gaming session. End it by inviting two female friends over and screw both of them anally while high as all hell. Don't have two female friends? Convince her (your ex) best friends to have *** with you. She doesn't have best friends? Screw her sister. She doesn't have a sister? Screw her mom (or at least a BJ). She doesn't have a mom? Take pictures of her sleeping and send her the link of them on the internet. She doesn't sleep? Clearly you were dating a vampire and you should be glad you're still amongst the living.

take a break and walk around the town. Just walk to walk with no real plan for the day, That is always nice to do
