You need to build more defensively on Nasus and Caitlyn. Yes Caitlyn is a carry, no she doesn't have to be squishy as hell to do it. Also, lose the Mejai's.

His build on Caitlyn is fine. Although with nasus no need PD. Remember, his greatest weapon is his Q, so either get another BT or a good defensive item like a GA
