6 items? Are you talking about Trinity Force? You can combine the parts into Phage, Zeal and Sheen first.
Also, if you have enough money for all 6 items + recipe costs, you can double click Trinity Force in the shop to put it in your inventory instantly (assuming you have one slot free).
