Once heals/mana batteries generate assists, and once assists account for something... you will see many more sorakas... until then- meh.

You're in a dream land my man. Why buff Soraka when we can use that time to figure out how to implement more carries and give them wonderful abilities. I wonder how can someone not using any magical resource(or any resource for that matter) can blink to me and inflict magical damage yet a mage cannot. That sounds awkward.
