VOBank_en_US.fsb/PVP.Net Patcher will not Update.

Hey, this is actually a first time encounter with this issue never really happened to me before and I did approach it with a simple repair, then a reinstall but it failed in fixing the issue. The issue is that I can't "Update my League of Legends PVP.net Patcher!" If you take a look at the screenshots, it downloads then the time counts down, goes back up then counts down again. After all that it pops up with a Error message saying that the League of Legends Update has failed and gets stuck on 99% and will not complete. At this point I really don't know what to do I've really tried my best with trying to update it but what should I do? Wait for the next update/patch to come out or is there a way I can download the patch files manually and insert it into the Riot folder in the C://? What can I do to fix the issue, please help.

I think the issue is my "Riot games \ league of legends \ RADS \ Projects \ lol_game_client_en_us \ managedfiles \ (This is the biggest number) \ Data \ Sounds \ FMOD\ VOBank_en_US.fsb" file is missing. Can someone upload the latest one for me? Maybe I can see if that works.

Hey Lagzerahl, what I actually did was get the VOBank_en_US.fsb file from another computer that actually completed the patch. I also put a ticket in and got a respose: You can try this also, if you still need help: @anyone.

a) Right-Click on the short-cut
b) Select the properties tab
c) Check the box labeled "Run as administrator"

and my files are not missing, i have 3 of them in total all different sizes? but it says its failing to extract/download ... im on an internet stick so its costing big $$ to keep buying more internet someone please help me out..
