Gragas is pretty good too, imo. Also Cho's ult is great for securing dragon, and he scales well enough from ap and is pretty beefy at the same time.

veigars large stun area in the small narrow map hurts alot

Veigar and Annie together is very hurtful combo. usually stunned too long to do anything.

~Extra thought, if you added a Ryze to that could probably kill anyone without them doing anything, if you were precise with swapping stuns

I'd say Morgana is my favorite. She has good CC and support with stuns and shields.

Malz also works pretty well.

Veigar work if the player knows what they are doing.

This! At the beginning he needs to play super defensive and farm as much as possible, but after Deathfire Grasp... Run from veigar. Also, his stun is pretty cool and it helps out alot for ganking and escaping, you or a teammate.
