Actually, something he's made a point of saying many times; it doesn't heal Runelock, just his allies. Isn't that right? I mean his ultimate.

It only protects allies. Damage done to them heals Runelock.

His ult heals himself. Only himself

His E heal beacon thing is -far- more egregious, it'd be the -best heal in the game-

Give me something else to build off of then. Don't say AP or Mana. That goes counter to this champion's purpose.

All the other tanks build AP. AP is exactly what I am trying to avoid with this champion. Doing that makes building this champion as a support unviable. I'll just remove all the scaling instead.

Not only that, AP represents magical ability. Runelock, by lore, was designed to prove that magic is useless. As such, he should never build AP.

It's been edited now. The entire champion.

Technically, with the edits, Runelock now has the weakest heal. Ever. Potions are better. :T

Its AOE and it does damage too.

You could probably raise the base heal by like, 50 at max rank, balanced.

I raised the heal amount. 250 total healing capable.
