Does the Heimerdinger Skin include new turrets?

Edit: Since it's on first page, I'm hoping people will be able to view and read this.

The heimer skin is a remodel and a recolor. It does not include new turrets. No new voice overs either.

Buyer beware? You may not like this skin for it's pricetag if you're not a major heimer player. It sits next to Magnificent Twisted Fate and Firefighter Tristana.
