Why was the Annie in Wonderland not even hardly touched?(rhetorical, I know its because why on earth would you waste time on something you can no longer make money on) It is just as well done as Little Red Annie and she was 260? Why would riot make us pay 1820 for a skin that they aren't even going to put effort into?

My idea on how to fulfill the "Legendary" title:

Basic attacks: alternate between the suits of cards (not cards themselves but the symbol in a "fire" animation)

Q: Something WONDERLANDish (Out of ideas)
W: ^

E: Different suits of cards hover around you in a fire like way

R: When you release Tibbers cards fly out with the fire


I just kinda thought of those on the spot and there are probably much better possibilities but Riot did not do anything?
