im new to this game, can anyone answer the following questions,
1. after purchasing a character, i own it 4ever?
2. when loading the game, i see a small circle with a number, what's that?

1) Yes, when you purchase the character it is permanently unlocked.
2) Im not sure what you are referring to here. sorry.

2. Loading as in Load screen, with the 10 players, their champs and spells? Then its probably ping.

1) Yes forever. The rest of the champions you can select are temporary and rotate on a week to week basis.

2) Connection speed.
