unfortunately i have a friend who has not enter then game for about 3 week and when he tried to login today the system said that his account does not exist with the forgot password tool.
I would like to know if LOL deletes account that goes inactive for few weeks?

There have been some strange issues with the password recovery tool lately. Have your friend send an email to beta@riotgames.com with all of his account information and a description of the problem.
