Description: The list of Public Chats all have it showing that 0 users are in that chat. I know there are more because I'm currently in these chats and other people are also there.

Repro steps:
1. Log in and notice the users count shown in each chat is 0.
2. Enter chat and see multiple people also in there.
3. ????
4. Profit.

Yeh good job on making a proper bug report. I think riot knows about this one though cos one of their staff used this as an example.

Description: Whenever a user appears to log into the air client, they show up with a yellow busy circle and they look like they are level 0. This appears to happen to all players on my friends list and it seems to go away after a game, but I am not sure.

Repro steps:
1. I see someone on my friends list log into the game.
2. I notice their status on my friends list.
3. I expected to see their normal stats, but I saw them as level 0 instead.
4. This occurs 100% of the time I see someone log in."

Same with minor differences really.
