Idk why this pic isn't in the US announcement but here's Heimers artwork. Gangplank currently doesn't have any unless he'll be in a future patch.

but yeah nice skins! I saw a thread asking for world cup skins and french nidalee skins a while ago. Heimer kinda looks like a crazed Albert Einstein. Also new Gangplank skin?

It's probably better if Riot doesn't do overly complicated skins for new champions early on, actually. They can release more creative ones later. Plus, these recolors aren't bad. The other four skins are pretty incredible, though.
