Can't recconect/play game

Hello ...
I first time start up lol today , and can't to play during 1-2hours .
If i connected to game , i see error -

, and after pick hero/skills/rune and go to the room "Done" and when time is start up my client go to the tray and not what happens, if press to buttom return to game again not what happens ..
What me do ? - please help .

Try uninstalling the game completely (delete all old folders), then redownload and reinstall the game from scratch. You may also want to check to make sure no background anti-virus or firewall programs are running.
