I've been playing on the PBE for a week now. I've been playing on the PBE almost every day. I'd just like to know a time frame for when stipends will be delivered so that players can "test" surprise party Fiddle and other features.

The IP gain from just custom games is annoyingly low, so this is the only real way we can access these features.

Basically, can we get a time frame of when to expect stipends?

We will be crediting everyone their stipend when we bring PBE down to put some new things for people to test. No ETA on this yet, but everyone will have points to spend to help test something new!
