[Platform] Upon login the following icons are missing: Friends list,chat rooms,view notifications.

This is part of the PVP.net chat bug.

I temporary work around is to create a custom game named "Chat fix" or something along those lines, once someone joins start the game, once in the game quit out of it and it should reconnect you the PVP.net chat (Don't reconnect to the actual game). If you close the client you'll have the repeat the process again. (Assuming you don't know the work around Hope it helps.)

There's a fix to it but the server it's having a lot of problems.
