How does 3s jungling work?

I've seen a lot of people talking about jungling in 3's but it seems like there are not enough neutral creeps to support two junglers. So, if each team has one how does that work?

1. Buy a ward place it in enemy buff at top.
2. Have your top lane gank enemy jungle if he fights the buff mob.
3. Have your bot lane protect red.
4. Don't forget to mass ping for your laners if you see the enemy jungle.

this

also starting as a team at an enemy camp is not a bad idea if you can hide in brush

You're right! There really aren't enough creeps to go around which puts a lot of emphasis on ganking/teamfighting, and deciding when to risk counterjungling.

If you start with all 3 at the enemy bot camp, you let the enemy take the top buff.Starting at their top camp is almost impossible, once you start the camp you're going to have to fight heroes + the camp..
