Surge change is awesome.

In exchange for the nerf on CV, supports get a buff on heal, pretty decent exchange imo. You can still use CV, it's not entirely gone, so you can still see where ur enemies are, and i doubt riot's gonna increase the cd by more than 1.5x, so not a big deal, and now that heal gets buffed, and theres "surge" skill, supports are still very viable... why do u guys think riot hates supports lol?

the reason they're nerfing flash is they want to see other spells put to use. right now 99% of people pick flash as a summoner spell and they simply want to change that. if it's going to be for the good or the worse.. we shall see.

ITT : Dumb ppl that has no idea on what they are talking about,and on how flash is important the whole game balance.
