Flash and CV don't make the game more passive, they make it so people are willing to go on the offense because they have escape options and ways to spotcheck.


Nerfing turrets would probably make the game more offensive though.

They are only increasing the cooldown (and maybe decreasing range?) for CV. It's just that with utility masteries it was on like a 40sec CD and this was "too punishing for junglers", which I agree with.

As for Flash again a range decrease to make it less of a "MUST TAKE FLASH". It makes me sad, but oh well.

turrets are actually underpowered to TANKY DPS, they can sit there and kill 2 squishys and still get away with a decent amount of health.
