1. How much does the Elder Lizard buff slow for?

2. As well, does it stack with both items and abilities? I know that items do not stack with each other, and items stack with abilities. I don't know if the Lizard buff would be considered an ability or an item for the purpose of balancing.

i really like getting the lizard buff it kills enemies for me sometimes
