[BUG] Kayle - Diving Blessing

I was playing a practice game getting used to Kayle and noticed her heal does NOT heal other champions like the tool tip implies. It just gives them the movement speed buff.

Are you sure you just didn't notice it heal them at all since the tiny amount it restores is barely distinguishable from a tick of health regeneration?

Are you playing her as a tank? Or as a support? When I play as support and get AP items, she does just fine.

Except her heal literally does not heal anyone other than herself. So you do just fine... doing what, exactly?

Obviously I knew the heal does nothing to anyone else considering I reported the bug. But the heal does just fine healing me.
