Label : Platform, Champion select

Description : I was unable to select a champion in champion select. It has happened all 3 times I have entered the champion select screen. Blind pick on Summoners Rift. After the countdown I was auto selected a champion and the game started.

Repro Steps:
1. Enter Que and then champion select screen.
2. I go to sleect my champion and notice I cannot select it.
3. Try selecting other champions and nothing happens.
4. After countdown I am given a random champion from the ones I own and the game proceeds to start with no other bugs.
