Has beef with TF, but his in game interaction is with Noc ?.......guess because no one plays TF but Noc is a really popular jungler.....soooooo lets have him interact with someone he might actually encounter.

All of the writing since Xerath has been terrible, haven't you noticed? I dunno if there's been layoffs but the creative department has some stuff going on.
