hi im trying to play some LoL but my downloader is stuck on 33% and doesnt want to move from there ive waited 10 minutes for it to load and it just stays at the same spot i already tried the link you had but it made no difference think you can helep me out?

man you had to do this on the day i finally got a computer good enough to run league. ive uninstalled restarted i get to the point where it says finish and the box to launch lol but it doesnt launch it and i click on it and i get this.....C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\lol.launcher.exe
need help


This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

the guide for 7 and Vista isn't the same, vista maybe similar but i hit issues after control panel which skips step 3 (which i numbered for you) straight to 4 and then step 5 is unavailible so doesn't work.
