If I got the name hotshotgg in another game, does this mean I should get to keep it, just because I got there first?

Using another persons name (that is definitely their trademark, and their own original thought), isn't cool to the original person, and the original person should get priority for their name, that they made, and have become known for in a relatively large setting.

The original SleepyJ wasn't touched for months. Was thinking about putting in a ticket to see if I could grab it. Turns out the guy was just on vacation or something. He plays daily now. Wait for Riot to decide to clear the name themselves. Don't go begging its rude.
