Having problems at Beginning Load Screen

Well I am having some difficulties when trying to enter into the game.
I put in my Account name and Password, and then it starts loading, but never goes any further. After about 10 seconds it has a message that says that it cannot connect to the server of some sort.. Some help please? Thank You

It sounds like you have a potential firewall problem. How do you connect to the internet? Are you in something like campus housing or in a situation where your internet is provided to you by a complex?

As for me this is how my PC connects to the internet PC -> Firewall/router -> internet
