6 bans is awesome, but It would be more awesome if the format to ban is 1-2-2-1 (or 1-1-2-2 or 2-2-1-1) and the 2 bans share clock. So it doesnt delay the draft part.

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say... the ban format is already like this on Ranked.

One change I would like to see is a Pre-pick phase. It would be nice if in Ranked solo queue you could have about 30 seconds to talk about strategy and team comp.
