That depends if you're talking about retroactively looking back at the past in the new life to make those couple months look different.

Life is fickle and ever-changing. You may have still been 3, but with being nearly 4 instead of 3, who knows what life events could have transpired to make it that much more different.

Plus if we're talking about qualifying for the Triple Nines and trying to prove our badassery, 3 and nearly 4 change everything as well.
