interesting concept, i think he could be a fun champ. i would work on the ratios a little though. 0.7 ratio on ulti with a 3 second stun /and aoe snare "avoidable"? thats a bit op, the other ratios are all up to question. overall i would like to see a beta version of this at least

The reason 3 seconds as a snare for an ultimate is alright is because you can still act while snared, for example, an ADC could be hit by the ultimate but still life steal through damage
