Which champions is the best overall in your opinion?

A champ which can do anything on the field.

Offense
Defense
Pushing
CCs
Creeping waves...

Well Morgana can do all those. But I may be biased in the "best overall" department cause I love her so much XD

There is no strongest at everything. As for good strong champs: garen aka and morg all all good choices

Skarner or Cho gath as far as versatility goes these two are right up there..

they can really be played in anyway you choose to itemise for them.

they have natural tankiness, great CC although Cho gath's is a little better.... both destroy minion ways can knock down turrets with the right builds.

they can use thier skills offensively or deffensively to kill carries or to protect your own.

both can jungle well.

No such champ

Each champion is best/good at something and at the same time bad/worst at something else.

Neither a Specialist or a Generalist can do everything.

he can 0 cs support and still do damage and be helpfull
he can ad
he can proc build
he can jungle
he can split push

i'm probably missing a few here but you get the point and if you put the correct build on him for the role that you need he will often outclass most champs that are made specificly for one role

also due to his excellent farm he has a chance at doing better because some roles have great champs in them but they suck at farming
