lol, my favourites are (with added commentary as to why I think the shipping looks nice):
Lux/Ezreal (both are teen geniuses; are known for exploring the underground tunnels; dislike Noxians; and Lux is a Stepford Smiler who always tries to hide behind a plastic smile, while Ezreal is a brash and haughty know-it-all, who should be knocked down a peg or two, ergo character development on both sides if they meet)
Garen/Kat (obviously tons and tons of foe yay going on here)
Shyvana/Jarvan (one-sided rescue romance on Shyvana's part)
Akali/Shen (no real reason here, just thought of Shen breaking out in a nosebleed after seeing Akali in a nurse outfit and watching hilarity insue)
XinZhao/Sona (both are Ionians who are now living and fighting for Demacia, but their personalities kind of compliment each other)
Riven/Sivir (Similar backstories, and similar motives for joining the League)
Pantheon/Leona (VICTORIOUS CHILDHOOD FRIENDS FOR EVERYBODY)
