The whole idea of a champion thats needs a certain item to work properly is bad. What if I dont want Rylai Scepter? Now just everyone who knows what their doing take Rylai with Katarina asap. That is just bad game design in my opinion. She really needs some slow bonus from her Killer Instincts - this synergie is so obvious - its the first thing I thought about Katarina after the first game with her. Now Killer Instincts are almost useless because you cant turret dive and dogde its fire anymore.

kat is almost useless now, shes a melee mage whos main attack is teleporting beside the enemy. After the teleport she cant do much, so the enemy can feel free to destroy her. Extremely weak early game, alright late game, but good luck getting there.

I haven't actually played a game with her yet but I'm thinking it was just an error in the patch notes. They meant to say bouncing blades was set to 15% snare. I'm pretty sure it was snaring for 40% last patch as I'd use it to chase down opponents while my shunpo was on cooldown a lot.

Shunpo is already a blink strike with a low cool down does it really need the full slow too?

(Also you know theres an item called frozen mallet right?)
