didn't actually happen, he's just trying to put the situation out there, and it would completely change the game. with junglers being a must in higher elo, it would force every game to have certain chars, who would most likely be banned every game. changing the meta completely. don't think it's be good or bad :S

Incoming rise of WW, Cho, and even Nunu (again) to god tier.
banned every game so champs that make decent use out of bloodrazer are now preferred further shrinking the acceptable jungler pool.
