Seems like you're the one not keeping up. The block was lifted for about a month or two. We were able to play again for a while and just a few hours ago the block was reapplied. I should remind you that both the lift and the reblock was unannounced.

The IP block for SEA players is back. So if you are physically playing from this region, you would encounter the "BLOCKED" server status message on your launcher.

I guess the LoL Garena is really coming soon.

NVM... it's good to play in garena.. with more professional asian gamers.. Most of the games i played in LoL NA are asians abt 10% are Americans.. Go back to your WoW

Sense the posters in this thread do not make.

They do not need to "inform" you of anything, the block was made sometime ago, and any unlocking is probably accidental.

I'm SEA myself and I know this.
