Id say my lifetime average is a bout 60% win ratio. Lately its down to about 10%. Seems like every team is a premade or just plain dominating. I think my elo bracket may be off.

Iunno, go back to the basic champs you know the best and try and get some premades.
I go through winning streaks, and then some major losing streaks. just how it rolls

Yeah, it happens. When I try out new champs in solo Q, i know I'm asking for it. Streaks happen, good and bad.

That happens to people. Back with MM wasn't fixed (*Cough* Still is a bunch of fail *Cough*) lost approx. 9 games in a row. Just got to deal with it, usually turns around into a long winning streak.

you dont have a "long losing streak" its only like 2-3 then a wins

or doesnt now what the word losing "streak" is

should have game modes without matchmake...

You must not have a Heimer on your team then. The team without Heimer loses. If both have one, it could become a 4-hour stalemate. If neither team has one, it's actually a good game.
