Top Tier TT List, pretty explanatory. Ill post champions and why they're top tier. If you have a counter argument feel free to argue with me

Shaco - Since when hasn't he been dominate in 3s? Able to jump walls and scales well very early. He destroys and allows map control with his jack in the boxes, great maneuverability.
Vladimir - His Untargetableness is ridiculousness, put simply. An early revolver just about shuts out the game, vladimir can 3v1 on TT unlike other games because he scales well very early and dominates late game.
Tryndamere - Better nerf irelia
Fizz - Same idea as vlad, his untarget and early game nuke is amazing, he scales well into late game and dominates with his nomnom.
Riven - Great maneuverability and escape ability, allowing a hard shut-down for the enemy team and great burst to help get rid of squishes.
Jax - With tanky dps being top tier, until the dodge removal Jax will always be one of the original gods of TT.

This list is nowhere near fact, or complete. So mind you; leave your ideas and suggestions

riven jax and vlad are not top tier. where's lee sin and singed?

or you could go look at Vraell's tier list which is actually intelligent and not kneejerk reactions to things that annoy you. Believe it or not, vlad and fizz are supbar(fizz less so) but untargetability/projectilepop is not a really strong ability in all cases and has a tendency toward being really good in some cases and worth nothing in others.

If you don't understand how broken singed and lee sin are, you might be a lost cause.

I'd take away vlad and add singed amumu garen

lol mumu? He has some major issues with his kit to stand alone, perhaps in some comps he'd be really strong...

Lee Sin(strong ganks, high mobility, high base damages), Singed(unkillable, relatively high damage, huge utility), Garen(incredible early game damage), Rumble(huge aoe damage, low cooldowns, ult can cover large inescapable areas of the jungle), Tryndamere(wall spin, invuln, free crit, powerful slow) and Yorick(strongest zoner, scales well, amazing chaser, ult can make a fight 4v3) (maybe cho too) would be the most frightening regardless of comp.

Cass, GP, Renekton, Lee
Etc, Etc... Brand...

Vlad is one of the weakest 3s champions there are.

Please read Barricade or Vraell's tier lists and play a **** ton more ranked 3s, before you try making another list
