Do item effects cancel out (like "orb" effects) ?

Hi there,

I was playing Teemo with Phage (the slowing attack) and suddenly at one point in the game I swear the slow effect stopped being effective.

In the meantime I had built a malady. Is it possible these effects cancel out in some way ?

I doubt it, but there could be a bug.

Remember that phage only has a % chance to slow, so you may just have gotten unlucky.

Thx. I'll upgrade it to frozen mallet which seems to work 100% of the time.

I'll also increase my attack speed a little when I have Phage.
