Almost all of these are solid strong picks every game, and a few are good if your team needs it. This is only from what I can think off the top of my head and from what I have played or played against that I see to be able to excel every single time.

Gragas is okay.. but not really too useful, the other AP burster picks are far better and do more consistent dmg/cc and I feel that he doesn't quite belong on that list of "very strong solid picks everytime"

I just don't understand why people say "zomg dominion only has 10-20 champs worth picking"

Missing about 50 champs. Good list though.

I use Gragas at top elo. Wreck bottom lane all day erry day.

End of the day: All champs are viable in the right hands.

Ashe is awesome in dominion especially against all those tanky dps'ers who can be kited all day long.
